P J Foley ltd was formed this year to assist Clients and Demolition / Asbestos Contractors in assuring safe systems of work and H & S compliance on their projects.

Pat Foley has been in the demolition & haulage industries in excess of 35 years carrying out all aspects from general labouring, machine & crane operating, site management , estimating, project management & client liaison .

He has achieved Senior Management accreditation and is a Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers.

Demolition is a high risk activity with many potentials to fail. Our aim is to provide professional planning, project & risk management to achieve a safe working environment and compliant project completion without incident.

Obviously, any high risk activity has risks that cannot be completely mitigated. We acknowledge and embrace the “ Plan to Fail” attitude and feel that, by respecting the potential of such failures, risks can be reduced to Minimum potential.
